If you're wanting to make your furry friends dream come true :) and order with us, but have a few questions, please see some frequently asked questions below. 

Where are your products made? Our pet accessories are all custom handmade locally in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. Each bead strip is hand-beaded by women artisans in our community of Shaka's Rock - celebrating culture, preserving heritage.

Are your products genuine leather? Yes, all of our leather products are 100% genuine, using the finest quality leathers. A gentle wipe with a damp cloth is all that is needed to clean (depending on your furry friends adventurous nature).

Are all your collars the same? Each collar is hand-beaded and might vary slightly in size, colour or design. The beauty of this is that each collar is an original and unique artwork on its own.

How can I figure out my pets neck size? We've put together a guide which helps you find your pets perfect size. You'll find these measurements on each product page too.

How long will the products last? Your leather collar should last forever, but your pets adventure and/or chewing habits will determine the ultimate durability of it. The brass buckles and glass beads have been chosen for their longevity.

What if a product I love is out of stock or not in my size? Don't worry, we'll add you to the pre-orders list and notify you when your order has been made. Lead times can vary from 2-3 weeks.

Where do you deliver? We deliver to your door, nationwide in South Africa & delivery is free. International deliveries can be arranged upon request. We ship out of our office in Ballito, South Africa.

How long does delivery take? For all local cities, we send our parcels overnight, so once payment has reflected in our account, you can expect your collars within 2-3 days. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. 

Do you offer returns? We carefully inspect each item before sending them but damages can occur during shipping. Unless there is a major default or problem with your item, we don't offer returns. We know you will love your unique pet collar though. 

Which charity will I be supporting? Every purchase you make, a percentage of sales is given back to animal rescue organisations in and around our community. We are currently supporting PACT, Project Dog + Sable Creatures.
